What filter have I used in this image?

What filter have I used in this image?

I have a problem, I used a filter or a extension with a draw, and now I can't find it because I don't remember the name.

It doesn't look like you used a filter. It looks like you just used a black Fill.
Why do you need to know which filter?
So you can use it again? Just a solid black Fill will accomplish what you're showing.
Or are you thinking you need to know which filter so you can remove it? You can remove a filter from the Filter menu > Remove filters.
