save as EPS with „AI8 compatibility“

save as EPS with „AI8 compatibility“

I would like to ask you how can I save file as EPS file, but saved as EPS with „AI8 compatibility“ (or lower). Can I save it as EPS with this possibility? I need it for photobanks. Or save file as SVG 1.0, no SVG 1.1. ? Is it this possibility?

I believe there is only one version of EPS so it should open in any versions of AI. I don't believe you can convert the SVG to version 1.0
