Configure uniconvertor for "Inkscape 0.92"

With version 0.92 of inkscape I could not open .PLT files, the same as if they opened with the previous version; When I try to open them, I get a warning that says I'm missing a uniconvertor, although I have it installed on my computer, but I do not know how to configure it to work with the new version of inkscape. If anyone can help me, I will be very grateful.

What operating system are you on? How did you install Inkscape? How did you install uniconvertor?

My operating system is windows 10

Oh, I just saw that your question has already been addressed by the developers in the bug tracker in January:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1658260

Especially the comments (e.g. number 14) will be helpful to get it running. Please read through them and let us know if there is something that you do not understand. Also make sure that you're using Python 2.7.
