Missing toolbar options.

Postby ev88 » Tue Jun 06, 2017 3:52 am

I was previously running version 0.48.4, and decided to update to the latest version last night (0.92.1). One thing I've noticed and annoys me is that for some reason a few tools in the toolbar were removed and added to a submennu at the bottom. My previous toolbar looked like this:

The new toolbar looks like this:

Is there anyway to either remove a few tools I don't use, or re-add the :tool_dropper: without needed to access the sub menu?

Actually, additional icons were introduced, that's why they don't fit on your screen anymore and "disappear" in a submenu.
A larger computer screen might help ;-)
Joking aside... You probably cannot remove or hide icons (at least I am not aware of) but you could make them smaller...
Menubar | Edit | Preferences... or Shift+Ctrl+P
then
Interface | Toolbox icon size: Smaller...
You need to restart Inkscape. Hope that helps.

Thanks. That will have to do for now.
