Hi. My project seems locked to editing. I tried to follow all intruction in this forum but can't seem to open it up./ Attached for help. Sorry i'm a newbie and not tech savy with drawwing programs. thanks

Hi.
Your svg only contains an embedded raster image with a 1286/600 size.
Looking at the letter hinting on it, it was made outside inkscape.
Use a raster editor program, or redraw it from scratch in inkscape if you need it as vectors.
