Hi anyone, I've noticed there are serveral language editions of Inkscape website, so I want to help to add a Chinese edition of the website, how can I do it?

create a post at the Inkscape Launchpad web site for new Blueprint. The translations feature of Launchpad is not used by the Inkscape develeopment team.. Launchpad is the official site for inkscape feature requests.
