I have font set (top toolbar) to Georgia 10, and in Stroke fill it says Georgia ten. But when I actually click somewhere and start new text - it is something else - different size or font.
What's going on? Inkscape .91
new text font-size won't stayset

Hi timbickel,
as we've only recently answered that question in Inkscape's answers section, I'm just going to link to the answer:
https://answers.launchpad.net/inkscape/+question/275276 - I hope that's not impolite... :/
If you need more explanations, please don't hesitate to ask for clarification!
Kind regards,
Moini

Re: new text font-size won't stayset
I think he might be asking something else. timbickel, are you talking about the first text that you made, and the font changes in the font menu, when deselected? Or do you mean when you type new text, it's not the same font as the last text you made?
Whenever you start to type a new text object, it starts with the font you've chosen for your default. Like almost everything else with Inkscape, it's draw first, the adjust the style (which is backwards from how raster graphics usually works, where you choose the color first, before you draw something).
But I don't understand "....and in Stroke fill it says Georgia ten". So I might not have it right.

Maybe if you could post a screenshot, timbickel?
