Can Inkscape's flowed text be seen here?

As far as I know that feature was only proposed in the second svg spec and never got any support outside inkscape ie. in browsers.

(On a side note openclipart uses inkscape to generate thumbnails automatically, so if you upload an svg with flowed text there, you can embed the "right looking" image they make.)

Yeah, the way that guy explained his problem (just like the op), at first I thought he was using flowed text.  But then I thought 'wait -- flowed text doesn't show anywhere outside of Inkscape'  (well except OCA, as you said)  So now, I don't really think he has flowed text.
