that's an interesting question.

Honestly developers hardly visit this forum but some of us are part of the marketing team.
On the bright side, the developers team will be present on a hackfest live in Kiel, Germany just about a week from today!
So if you want to connect with them in person, some might attend the meeting.

Besides, the best way to connect the developers team would be through the mailing list or by the live irc chat at freenode #inkscape-devel; latter needs a registered account though.

The question was already asked on the dev mailing list, and nobody answered. Either they'll answer privately, or not at all.

It's easy to do, btw., no development work needed at all. Anyone can do this, if it's really just adding a logo to the default template and adding a couple of tutorial files (which is what I understand they want).

I aleady answered Pavi privately about this.  I was the one who steered him to the mailing list.

I think I already told him that this is a user support forum, and that we can't help him.

I did explain that Inkscape is an open source program, although he might not realize what that means.  What it means is that he can download the program, and customize it any way he wants (as long as his customization carries the same license).  https://inkscape.org/en/about/license/
