Well.....yes, of course we would like to grow with
active members. I often wonder why
so many people register at forums but don't participate. Probably there are a lot of reasons, but I guess it happens in all kinds of forums....well, probably ALL forums, everywhere, afaict. Active members are always a small subset of the membership, at least in my experience. I know that some forum admins regularly purge their member list of inactive members. And I probably will do that too, once in a while.
I do know that people are visiting and looking at Inkscape Tutorials page, and some are looking at our few hosted tutorials. So I do feel successful with that part. Although I hope more people will be interested in contributing tutorials.
I think our biggest challenge in getting active members here, is IF being so well-established. I had hoped the gallery would help attract members. But not many so far.
However, I remain optimistic!
