Sorry, can't make any real suggestions. If you don't want to buy an expensive Wacom, you could go with a Huion.

Welcome to the forum!

Unless you're already familiar with graphics tablets, I suggest you visit one of more retail stores, where the salesperson can tell you about the various different features.   Or at least you can hold in your hand, maybe find display model which you can actually try out.  I don't mean to say that you should buy the tablet at the store.  Just that unless you're already familiar with them (which it sounds like you aren't) you should examine the products "hands-on".

The reason I think this is important, is because often artists are very particular about their workflow, and it's hard to get an idea if the product will fit with your needs, by looking at a picture.

If you find a good sale, maybe you want to buy from a store.  Or once you understand which kind of tablet you want, you can look for a good price online. 

I can't recommend a particular brand either.  (I've never used a graphics tablet.)
