Hello Everyone!
I got a trouble with Inkscape 0.92.1 r15371 (Debian 9 Stretch) all interface icons is white. I attach screen shot of interface.
What i did:
remove Inkscape cache;
remove Inkscape config in user catalog;
reinstall Inkscape;
Nothing no changes.

I don't use any GTK themes, exclude standard Adwaita

Maybe somebody know how to fix the issue.
Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the forum!

Even though you don't use a GTK theme, it still might be your theme which is causing the problem.  But I'm just a Windows user, so I can't say for sure.  Hopefully others will be along soon to give you more details.

Yes, you right when i switch theme to Adwaita Dark, i see pictograms.
Therefore i think it's due some parameter in Inkscape config but i don't know which one.

Mmh, this is definitely not Inkscape's standard theme.
Now you'd need to figure out where the icons come from.

So you do not have ~/.config/inkscape/icons ?

Look into the files in /usr/share/inkscape/icons - how do the icons in 'icons.svg' look?

Or did you install the Inkscape flatpak? (if so, you can also update to 0.92.3)

If nothing helps, you could do a full text search in any svg files on your disk, for some of the icon names that are unique to Inkscape, like the mesh gradient tool icon (find its id in the icons.svg file in /usr/share/inkscape/icons).
