IRC chats may be scheduled at certain times, to allow others to participate. When that or those times are known, a link will be posted here, which will automatically convert the meeting time to your local time.
There's a UTC / GMT clock on the index page of the forum. (Actually, it's not there yet, but if it works, there will be. Will update this message when I learn about the meeting times.)
