Hi! I want to create icons to go on a GUI that'll display on a 116 ppi touch screen. How do I set the pixels to inches conversion factor so that I can use either to set shape sizes, line widths, etc.?

I know how to set the dpi for the final PNG export, but that's not the issue. What I want is to be able to swap back and forth between different measurement units when actually drawing the shapes and lines have the conversion work with my target ppi not the built-in value of 96.

Has it got something to do with "user units"?

I've tried searching the Wiki and other forum threads, but the discussions on resolution and conversion factors in those go way way over my head.
