I installed 0.92.3, 0.92.2 and the python folder is empty, the lib folder though does have a python2.7 folder with its contents.
0.92.1 Its there.

Thanks,

Welcome to the forum!

I'm not clear what you're saying or asking.  Is Inkscape malfunctioning for you??

Inkscape doesn't have a python folder, at least not one that I can find in 0.92.3.  Although I recently installed 0.48 to help someone with a problem in that old version, and there is a python folder there.

In any case, Inkscape will install whatever it needs, as far as Python.  Since Inkscape is under active development, and presently, extremely active development, the folder structure is likely to change dramatically, without affecting Inkscape's performance.  (Orrr, if anything improve perforomance  :-D)

Anyway, if you're having a problem with Inkscape, please tell us what it is.

I see that you're on Windows.  If you re-installed Inkscape, and you used the Update option within the installer, you should uninstall it completely.  I don't understand the details, but apparently that feature doesn't work properly.  Then when you reinstall it, don't choose the update option.  Instead, choose the regular installation.
