| ted | I've been trying to get RT tickets created and managed for everything. One thing I could use folks help with is that I've pinged @S-Rafael for info, but not gotten a response. I need that to setup the bug program RT tickets. That one needs to happen soon as it also requires contracts to go back and forth with the SFC, so I'm worried about being late there. If you see him in another forum, please encourage him to reach out to me. Lastly, I've pinged the SFC about the FSA. I think everything is done on our side, but it needs to get signed and posted.
